Melissa P. Irick
Born St. Paul, Minnesota; admitted to the Illinois Bar 2000. Education: University
of Wisconsin (B.A., 1993); Northern Illinois University (J.D., 1999). Member: Illinois State
Bar Association, DeKalb Bar Association. Practice Areas: Family Law, Juvenile Law,
General Civil Practice.
Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Irick worked for Travelers Insurance Company
in their Coverage Counsel Advice Group. Her six years of experience analyzing
liability and property policies gave her a broad understanding of both commercial and
residential insurance issues. She resides in DeKalb with her husband, Charlie, and
their three children, Alex, Ben and Belle.
