Born Aurora, Illinois; admitted to the bar, 1979,
Illinois and US District Court, Northern District of Illinois. Education: Northern Illinois
University (BA 1974); Illinois Institute of Technology (JD with high honors, 1979). Editor,
Chicago-Kent Law Review, 1978-1979. Assistant States Attorney, 1982-1985. Member: DeKalb County,
Illinois State and American Bar Associations. Practice Areas: Estate Planning and Administration,
Trusts, Real Estate, Business and Commercial Law and Municipal Law. After more than 25 years as a
general practitioner, Mr. Foster has focused his practice on the areas of Estate Planning and
Administration, Commercial Real Estate, Business and Commercial Law and Municipal Law. Mr. Foster
is a regular attendee of various seminars, forums and conferences given around the country for
estate planning professionals and is also a regular speaker at seminars involving all aspects of
