Jill M. Tritt
After a decade of private practice in asset protection and minimizing taxation for clients, Jill joined The Foster & Buick Law Group in September of 2011. Her focus continues to include Estate Planning and Taxation in addition to Probate, Trust Administration, and Business Planning.
Jill attended Northwestern University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy in 1992. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 1995 from Marquette University of Law, and became licensed to practice in the State of Illinois in 1996. In an effort to further her aspirations of assisting clients in asset protection through estate planning, Jill became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 2002.
In addition to memberships in the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and DeKalb and Kane County Bar Associations, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for Kishwaukee College Foundation, DeKalb Chamber of Commerce, Trusted Networking Advisors, the DeKalb Chapter of Women in Management, Inc., and the DeKalb Leadership Academy Advisory Committee. Jill lives with her husband, Steve, in Sycamore and is devoted to her step-children, Spencer and Alexandria, and their long-hair miniature dachshund, Homer.
